Man Accused Of Attacking Body In Open Casket

A Central Florida man is accused of punching and attacking a body inside an open casket during a funeral.

Police said Timothy Cleary of Apopka walked into the Harvest Baptist Church located in the Parramore neighborhood in Orlando and attacked the body.

Judge booted for flipping coin to decide

RICHMOND, Va. - A judge who ordered a woman to drop her pants and decided a custody dispute by flipping a coin was removed from the bench by the Virginia Supreme Court on Friday. The decision against Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Judge James Michael Shull of Gate City was unanimous.

UGA Asks Stadium Fans Not to Flush

ATHENS, Ga. - Fans who have had their fill of beer at the University of Georgia’s homecoming football game on Saturday be warned — no flushing allowed.

Earlier this week, crews put up signs in bathrooms asking people not to flush “if it’s yellow” and to leave the handle-pulling to attendants, who will do the job for the estimated 93,000 people at Saturday’s game.
