Woman blames bladder, lack of cash for shoplifting
A 20-year-old Mesa woman who had urinated on herself grabbed a pair of khaki pants at a department store, put them on and attempted to leave, police records show.
The woman was stopped by security officers at the Mervyn’s in the 1200 block of East Main Street on Sunday afternoon with several articles of underclothing valued at $47 stuffed in her purse, police said.
