REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (AP) — The reigning Mr. Universe is facing charges after a scuffle with police in Redwood City, California.
In an incident at a movie theater in downtown Redwood City Sunday night, Doug Burns was sprayed with Mace and wrestled to the ground by police officers.
